About these terms
This website belongs to HomeTouch Exterior, an exterior home services company serving Toronto and the GTA. By using this website or sending us a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, call us at 416-948-6448 or email hometouchhaven@gmail.com.
Information on this website
The descriptions, photos and service pages on this website explain the kinds of work we do. They are general information, not a quote or an offer for a specific job. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but details may change and the website may occasionally contain errors.
Quote requests
- Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to anything.
- Please give us accurate contact details and an honest description of the work, so we can respond and quote properly.
- We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but sending a request does not guarantee that we can take on the job or schedule it for a particular date.
Quotes and pricing
Pricing depends on the property, its condition, access and the scope of work. A quote is based on the information and photos available when we prepare it, so it may change if the work turns out to be different once we see the property, or if the scope changes. The price, scope and any other terms set out in your quote apply to that job.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior work depends on weather and safe access. If conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to work, we may need to reschedule, and we will contact you to arrange a new time.
Access to your property
To do the work safely, we ask that you:
- give us access to the areas involved in the job at the agreed time;
- let us know about anything that could affect the work or our safety, such as known damage, hazards or pets on the property;
- move vehicles and items away from the work area where possible.
