Our story
Why HomeTouch Exterior was created
HomeTouch Exterior grew out of years of hands-on work across different exterior trades — caulking, window cleaning, gutters, soffit and fascia, power washing and holiday lighting.
Working across those areas made something clear. A homeowner with a few things to sort out on the outside of their house was calling a different company for each one. A caulking company for the window seals. A window cleaner. Someone else for the gutters. Another contractor for the roofline. Each with their own scheduling, their own quote, their own standard of work.
The parts of a house exterior aren’t separate problems. They sit next to each other, they affect each other, and there’s no good reason a homeowner should have to coordinate four contractors to look after one building.
That’s what HomeTouch Exterior was built for: bringing those services together under one company, so the outside of your home can be handled in one place.

Every quote covers the scope of work before anything starts. If we find the job is different from what was expected, you hear about it before we proceed, not after.
We pay attention to the details
The parts of exterior work that get skipped — preparing a surface before sealing it, clearing the downspout as well as the gutter, choosing the pressure a surface can actually take — are the parts that determine whether the work lasts.

The work area is cleaned before we leave. It’s part of the job, not a favour.

We work across Toronto and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area. Within our regular service area, there’s no additional charge simply because your property is in a different city. Service outside our regular area may be available for an additional fee, depending on the location and the job.
